How long does shipping take?

USA: 2 - 12 days

INTERNATIONAL: 1 - 2 weeks

ATTENTION: Some orders may take up to 3 weeks so please do not worry if you have not received your order before this time.

Time depends on your location and speed of your local post workers.
During Summer and certain holidays such as Christmas orders may take longer so order in advance if you need your order for a specific date. You may also e-mail us before hand to ensure that your order is in hands for a needed date.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) you may return it within 14 days of the ship date for an exchange of the ship date. At this time we do not offer money back only exchanges.

If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size, similarly priced item, or add money towards an item(s) of greater value you may do so within 14 days of the ship day. The Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with no damages incurred by the customer. In addition please include $5.00 if you are in USA / CANADA / MEXICO and $10.00 for ALL OTHER COUNTRIES for the re-shipment of a new item(s) to you.

I washed my item(s) and the fabric faded. Can I return my item(s) for a new one?:

We do not exchange or send a new item if you washed your item and it faded or lost color. Before washing make sure to research on how to correctly wash that fabric. If you are not sure please check with us and we will do our best to help you with instructios on how to wash your product.
